When you fight, you can fight with a max of 501 mafia members, Each mafia member fights with 1x attack weapon, 1x armor and 1x vehicle. For your mafia to be strong you must equip each mafia member with the best loot IE; if you have 501 mafia members you must have 501x best attack weapon, armor and vehicle.
